Five cards with zombie faces with different features.
On the back, these cards are numbered from 1 to 5. The spectator puts his finger on top of any card he wants. It's a totally free choice. That done, the magician asks him to walk the amount of cards he is marking on the card he chose. The spectator can go back and forth, walk in any direction, just not jump from one end to the other. Naturally it will stop on a letter. The choice seems fair enough.
